  • Project Management closely monitors the client’s need by date & manufacturer’s ship dates all the way down to tracking trucks
  • All orders are checked against manufacturers acknowledgements for accuracy
  • All MBI team members, including our service department, have access to backlog reports allowing advanced planning in scheduling project installations
  • In-house project managers resolve ongoing small issues such as warranty work, lost keys, etc. utilizing the same software system as larger orders
  • Anyone in MBI’s office can update our clients on their order status
  • Ability to check your order status over the web with a secured link called Order Status
