ZirMed Inc. is a Louisville-based company that provides revenue cycle management solutions to thousands of providers and health care businesses across the nation. ZirMed Tower is an 11 story, 135,000 square foot building providing retail, office, and residential condominium space. Zirmed's design was centered on a river theme with wavy carpet tiles, wall covering and a custom "boat" inspired executive board room.

MBI created the Z Lounge, which is a pivotal room for company events. The lighting converts the Lounge into a night time "club" atmosphere. the Z lounge includes technology for presentations, in the form of 2 flat screen TVs (ZTV) that constantly display information, company announcements, fun healthcare facts, internal awards, etc. The design solution used flooring that is recycled cork, and VOC free paint. Product solutions included Kimball workstations, National lounge chairs, and Izzy seating
