Amerihealth is the nation's expert and industry leader in the delivery of quality health care to low-income populations.
Amerihealth's Mercy nationwide Marketing Department is located in Louisville and when they relcoated they wanted the space to portray an image that was forward thinking and encourage creativity. MBI and interior designer Amy Eley, designed 3 separate collaboration areas. The more formal conference roo utilizes a circular table, this way no one is at the head of the table and all ideas will be considered equally. The second area is centered around a cofffee table and includes comfy mobile lounge chairs with tablet arms so people can take notes or use their laptops. This casual and flexible meeting area leads to more out of the box ideas.
The third collabroation space is a more informal space that doubles as the lunch and filing area. The standup height also allows other to stand and have more impromptu meetings, the filing cabines at the 3 high level also act as space dividers, collating the food service areas. The bright colors, fun pendant lighting circular carpet insets also keep the environment lively. It is a place you want to be a part of!
